Method
- Melt the butter and mix it with the flour, egg, 200g brown sugar and the caster sugar until crumbly.
- Grease a springform pan and put 2/3 of the dough in the pan.
- Peel, core and chop the apples.
- Mix the apples with the rest of the brown sugar, the cinnamon and the raisins. Put in the springform pan and press down firmly.
- Sprinkle over the rest of the dough, along with all of your love.
- Let the appeltaart bake for about 1 hour at 175ÂșC. Easy peasy!
