Instant Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups nonfat dry milk powder sold under the Campina Elk brand in the Netherlands
  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 225 g white chocolate
  • 1 ½ cups Dutch-processed cocoa
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Working in two batches, blend in your food processor until the white chocolate is ground into the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Store in an airtight container.
  4. When you want hot chocolate, heat a cup of milk on the stove until steaming. Whisk in 1/3 cup of the mix and pour into your mug.
  5. Top with marshmallows and enjoy!
